A good source of instructions for all sorts of origami models. This site was one of my largest sources of instructions and still is for the most part. All of the diagrams here can be easily organized by diffuculty level or alphabetically by name.
Another decent source of diagrams, this time specializing in modular models. I admit that I haven't folded many models from this particular website. However, it is still worth a look since it has very impressive modular origami.
Of course I have to include an entire database where you can search for any model that you could possibly imagine. This site is good if you know what you're looking for to fold.

I managed to get the little icons next to the links in the navigation bar to work properly. I redid the banner today as well, so it makes more sense than a tree. It still needs a bit of adjusting, but I got to finish this site by tuesday night so I'll worry about it later. The error is minor. It's just a tad too short for the maximum resolution on a computer screen. I'm starting to go through all of the images I have for my galleries, and I'm writing the code for it. So many pics..... ::collapses::
edit: I managed to write the code for the gallery and edit some of the pictures to the right size. So, the Modular Gallery is now up and running! yay!
Well I finally managed to get a banner on this site and hopefully I'll have some more images to add to make this homepage look a little more catchy. At the moment I'm editing my images for the web to prepare for the gallery and I'm also planning to tweak the color scheme a bit too, although for some reason I haven't been able to get my background images to work properly yet.
Still trying to figure out how exactly I want everything to look on this website, so a lot of things are still incomplete. For example, there still aren't any images on this site! As I said before the overall look of the site hasn't been fully developed, so I haven't dedicated much time to creating banners and logos or uploading any origami images as of now. I'm still working on the coding to get the navigation and links to function the way I want them to. It'll be a while before the site starts to look fancy.
Finally started writing the coding for this website project. Most of the site is under construction at this moment, so please be patient and enjoy what's up!
