Journal #2

How are you doing with making webpages so far (i.e. too easy, about medium, difficult?) What seems to be the most difficult thing you have trouble remembering to do when you're starting a new page?

So far, making webpages isn't too difficult. At this point the majority of mistakes are simply carelessly forgetting to close a tab, or forgetting to hold shift when typing ">" to end a tab. Right now things seem pretty easy, but that's only because it is still fresh in my memory. I'm sure things will become more difficult as we continue to progress, since I might forget certain tabs that i'm going to want to use.

Regarding today's "for your edification" lecture (about what does what on the internet), what did you learn about that you'd like us to revisit in the future and go more indepth about?

I'm going to assume that today's lecture was an introduction to what the different things available to make webpages are, and that we are going to go into more depth about how to use them later. As a result, I don't really have any requests to review or go into further depth since I don't want to get ahead of myself. Although later on, I would like to learn more about how to use javascript and flash.
