Imagine a world without the internet. How would your life be different? What aspects of your life would be worse without the internet? How might your life actually be better off without it? How many of your friends use the internet on a daily basis? Do you know people your age who still don't use computers at all?

A world without the internet. That is a very frightening thought for me. An enormous part of my everyday life is using my computer on the internet. Without it, I don't know what I would be oding. I don't watch TV because there's never anything worth watching on it (I don't have cable), and I've beaten all of my video games. Also, I don't get out often because of parental restrictions. Taking away my internet is like take taking the food from a fat kid. Or.. something to the effect of losing a staple part of their life. On the other hand, I wouldn't waste so much time on the computer, but seeing as there isn't much else available for me to do, I'm okay with spending many hours online. Out of all of the friends I have, only one of them is does not heavily use the computer, and that is because he is preoccupied with his favorite sport. other than that, I don't know anyone who doesn't heavily use the internet because I keep in touch with all of my friends through the internet. Friends who don't use the internet are either school friends, or I have lost contact with.

Are you going to be watching the world cup final on Sunday? If not, are you a spectator of any sports? How about a participator (on a team, just for fun, etc...)?

I actually don't pay much attention to proffessional sports because in my opinion, I would rather play a sport than watch one, unless its football or rugby, in which case, I'd rather not get involved. Currently, I am a tennis player and a badminton player, but I don't compete often.
