When the sci-fi shooter, Halo, hit the shelves for XBox in November 2001 it became an instant hit; everybody loved it. That year and the following year Halo received countless awards from various major sites, magazines, and institutions.

Its main features included a main story game with four difficulties and co-op cabilities, four-man offline multiplayer, various multiplayer modes, and game features included a large selection of weapons, on-foot and vehicular combat, intense special effects, and a diverse selection of missions.
